8:04 p.m. – First up with a solo performance was Team Snoop’s Christina with “Man! I Feel Like a Woman” by Shania Twain. Reba told her that she “knocked it out of the ball park” because of how fun it was. Christina’s coach said it was a “superstar delivery” and referred to her as “Reba reincarnated” because of the “showwomanship” she displayed.

8:13 p.m. – Team Gwen opened the night with Jan’s take on the Journey mega hit “Open Arms.” Michael applauded the song choice because he was able to make it own and completed all the runs. Gwen was impressed with how “composed and calm” he was while hitting every note perfectly.

8:24 p.m. – Jeremy and Sofronio joined for the first duet, taking on “Every Breath You Take.”

8:33 p.m. – Reba brought her “one chair wonder” Adam to the stage net for his version of “What’s Going On” by Marvin Gaye. Gwen thought it was “so natural for” Adam and sees him as a relaxed and easy performer. Snoop told him that he was “thoroughly impressed” for being able to make a Marvin song his own. Reba applauded him for having fun and having an “infectious joyousness.”

8:45 p.m. – The next Sting duet was featuring Christina and Danny on “If You Love Somebody Set Them Free.”

8:53 p.m. – Sydney rounded out the performances for Team Gwen with her take on “when the party’s over” by Billie Eilish. Snoop was near speechless following her performance and once again “shed a tear.” Michael thinks it’s “so crazy” that she can not only sing such a tough song at the age of 16, but also “overpower” it. Gwen agreed that it’s impressive for her to be so composed on stage at her age and says it’s special that she “makes us all feel something.”

9:04 p.m. – Team Buble’s Shye chose Brandi Carlile’s “The Joke” for her solo performance. Gwen told her that she understands the kind of artist she is and can see the kinds of song she’s going to have on her own record. Reba added that her voice is “pure and crisp,” saying that she’s “mesmerized” by Shye. Michael named her alongside Celine, Adele and Barbra when calling her “the real deal.”

9:16 p.m. – Adam and Jan teamed up for The Police track “Roxanne” for their Sting duet.

9:25 p.m. – For his top eight performance, Team Snoop’s Jeremy chose to sing “I (Who Have Nothing)” by Tom Jones. Gwen called Jeremy “rare” because he’s “too good to sing songs.” She said that this song is the kind of music he should put on a record. Snoop spoke directly to the audience and said that they have to “quit playin'” and vote for Jeremy to make the finale.

9:36 p.m. – The final duet of the night was Shye and Sydney joining for “Fields of Gold.”

9:42 p.m. – For his top eight performance, Team Reba’s Danny chose Chris Stapletone’s “I Was Wrong.” Gwen called Danny “very cool” for “the whole thing happening” with his style on stage. Reba liked the changes Danny made that were different from rehearsal and overall loved his performance.

9:53 p.m. – The last artist to take the stage was Sofronio with his rendition of the Elvis ballad “If I Can Dream.” After the standing ovation from the coaches, Michael expressed congratulations to compete through “all the adversity” he’s going through and to perform so well.
