Mineral Ridge, Ohio Charles E. Casey 1942 — 2024 Charles Edward Casey, Sr. of Mineral Ridge died Tuesday morning at St. Elizabeth/Mercy Health Center, Boardman. Charles was born December 4, 1942 in Niles, a son of the late James and Jessie (Lenney) Casey and lived most of his life in this area. He graduated from Niles High School and went on to serve in the United States Army, Stationed for two years in Germany. Charles was retired from Packard Electric, where he was a machine operator. He enjoyed gambling and going to the casino. He also looked forward to getting coffee in the morning with his niece. David was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, serving during the Vietnam War.
