Charles was born December 4, 1942 in Niles, a son of the late James and Jessie (Lenney) Casey and lived most of his life in this area. He graduated from Niles High School and went on to serve in the United States Army, Stationed for two years in Germany. Charles was retired from Packard Electric, where he was a machine operator. He was born April 27, 1946 in Hamilton, Ohio, a son of the late Harry S. and Josephine (Scott) Evans and came to this area in the early 70's. David was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, serving during the Vietnam War.
